Our program is taught by a master level instructor who has over 30 years of reality based experience and knowledge in use of force situations. You will cover a wide range of topics in this 4 hour block, from criminal and civil law, mindset, observation skills and threat recognition, improvised weapons, along with the most effective self defense tactics and techniques found anywhere. The class is open to ladies 12 years of age and up in good physical condition. Early registration is highly recommended.
