You need to recall that as I recall most of these 'restricted areas' were put in to get shall issue passed now 18 yrs ago.
I need to remind my rep that he favors cut outs and the last one will be easy--for every one... that has been 18 yrs ago. I wont be here (and he will be out out the legislature) in another 18 years.

I thought ways and means was the only super committee. A short bit of research showed I was wrong. Historically, we get creamed in the Judiciary committee so that is why I was concerned. Learning that Beau is still involved makes me more relaxed.
Let's hope things work so well for us in the Senate.
