This thread has me wanting a lever action. Have a couple of S&W revolvers in .357 so it makes sense to stick with that round. Who makes the best .357 lever rifle?
My choices are:
1. Winchester Model 1873 or 1892 .357 Magnum
2. Henry Big Boy .357 Magnum
3. Uberti 1873 .357 Magnum
4. Pre-2007 Marlin (JM Stamped)
What cartridge would you take? Use case is irrelevant for this question, you only get one regardless of what you decide to use it for:
-45-70?
-The classic 30-30?
-22lr?
Or something in a pistol caliber? (Or something all entirely different?)
