I’m with you on that, but I’m not a big Walmart fan to begin with!

I was shopping in our local Walmart and went by the ammunition section to see what, if anything they had left. They had .45 ACP and .40 S&W but the 9 mm was bought out. They had Federal brass cased, 180 gr. FMJ, 200 count boxes for $30.00 (just under $0.16 per round with tax). I got two boxes of it. They had one box more that I'm thinking of going back for, plus they had several boxes of the same stuff in aluminum cases for $25.00, that I'll pass on. I reload so it'll give me some additional brass and it's about the same price as reloading it would be - $8.00 for a box of 50. I don't remember what the .45 ACP was but will look if I go back for that last box of .40 S&W.

We had a Wally World in Hartland for 3-4 years until it closed. Must not be enough Walmartians around here.
The one in Howell seems to do ok, but we don't shop there anyway. Our business goes to the LGSs.

I went by the North Lansing store the other day and found the last box of 5.56 200 rounds Federal? Maybe American Eagle? for $30.00. I was wanting to find their 44. Mag AE JHP for cheap, but they had sold out. I don't like them not selling *scary* things. But at least they still sell straight up hunting stuff. I almost feel sorry for them. They are trying to do what they can in the public's eye to stop shootings at their stores. What else can they do that looks good to the sheeple public? Arm all employees? Put in metal detectors at the doors? I'm a Walmart fan still, but think the entire situation stinks. They haven't put up concealed carry not allowed signs yet. Give them a break?

Boo hoo. I don't feel sorry for them at all. They have publicly come out and supported gun control measures and more restrictive laws. They have spent money on this. This is more than Starbucks, Facebook, Target, and the vast majority of other businesses that have made some token efforts at placating the "sheeple."

What else can they do? How about not support gun control? If you want to give money to gun grabbers, that it certainly your choice, but it isn't as if they are the only source of ammo.
