    So somebody's brother-in-law runs a construction business and needs money?
    It really doesn't look like they're going to be doing much for that $750,000

    Yes, by all means, follow the money. You can start with the Rino-Rep Gary Howell. All of the crap with the pit has been since he took office in '16 and started to listen to the squeaky wheel.

    The article also acknowledged that this is still dependent on the next budget.... They don't have the money yet.

    80-100 locations like the Pit? Where are the rest of them?

    The DNR did a major renovation at Echo Point Range near Allegan this summer also. Most likely the monies flowed to the wrong hands, but the range is a lot nicer now.
