Is MGO having a hunter safety class this year? if not, anyone know where I can enroll my grandson in the near future?

You may want to check with your local Sheriff Department. Both of my sons took the Hunter Safety Class thru the Eaton County Sheriff Department.

You might be late for this year, most places would have had them already. The youth hunt was a few weeks ago. You can take it online- https://www.hunter-ed.com/michigan/

    They still are.

Just remember, an online class still requires a field day before a certificate is issued.

I did not know that. My kids have done the online snowmobile, boat, and ATV certificates. Take the class, pass the test, print your certificate.
