I buy the $10 grinders and abuse them until something fails and grab another. Still cheaper than buying a high dollar brand and replacing maybe half as often. Have had good luck with the predator engines, 170a mig welder, 60g upright compressor, earthquake impact, 3 generators including the 3500 inverter and tons of hand tools. Their cordless tools were pure garbage, haven't tried any of the newer brands they are carrying but they look a lot better. My hitachi drill and impact is about shot so i might give them a try.

I have a few of their Folding razor blade knives and never had any issue with them, but the first thing i do with a cheap knife is test the lock in a safe manner

Cheap knives or razors are never work it. If you are suspicious of the lock don't buy it. What's your deductible?

That's the minimum price if you need stitches, it can easy be a long process costing many times your deductible.

You can buy a lot of nice knives or locking razors for $500 deductible.
