    Why cant this be purchased in michigan?

    Was on PSA and this notice caught me by surprise. Why can't this gun (pistol) be bought here?

    Believe you mean misinterpretation. Especially considering it's not a SBR and even if it was, SB-610 nullified that issue.

    PSA doesn’t care. Dozens of people have tried to explain it to them sadly.

    You would think the third pink warning would negate the fourth one about Michigan. Basically buyer beware about the laws. If the buyer bought it and it was illegal for them to have the FFL knowing the law wouldn't/couldn't lawfully transfer it to them without the correct paperwork. Am I right...? Tell me I'm right. so in reality they should be able to sell it to Michigan residents.

    It wasn't long ago that many FFLs in Michigan didn't know a pistol from an SBR.
    Could be some FFLs in Michigan sent some pistols back to Palmetto.
