I don't know much about the FEG Hi Power, but for the price of an FEG you can buy a surplus Hi Power.. That's what I did. If you want to carry it then you have to plan for some upgrades (couples of springs and an extractor for sure)

have never seen a surplus HiPower for $300-ish...

anywhere. beat up examples ive seen on GB are in the $600 range to start. i admit i havent looked in several years but that seems to be where they were, then....

the one I have pictured above is an FEG. They are exact copies. Very good guns.

Well. I haven't seen any FEG lately for $300, they are in the $400 range.

Mach-1 has surplus hi powers in the $450 range to $500..

Ten years ago, maybe 12 fegs were $179 at centerfire. AIM has Israeli Kareens under 2 bills. More recent years southern Ohio gun, and another surplus dealer had well used stuff under $300.

here it is with the recommended grips.. I got these as a temporary dress up until I find something that looks loke the original wood grips.. At least these are nicer than the black plastic grips it came with.
