    Which CLEO

    I'll be building my first NFA items soon.

    I'll be doing the Efile form 1's Will I submit the paperwork to the City CLEO or the county?

    I live in Warren.

    It can be any CLEO that has jurisdiction where you live. City, sheriff, state police, It can even be the DA or any prosecutor, a judge, or the state AG. It’s just notification.
