Any info on a Emco Unimat 3 german/austria lathe ?

I came across this from a friend that was a gunsmith before passing. I dont have any details on it. Any idea what he was using it for, what it can be used for and also a value if I were to sell it ? I cant seem to find any manuals or specifics online. Thanks

Unimats were very popular years ago among various hobbyist. It's too small and not powerful enough for most projects requiring a metal lathe. It appears it was well used and missing parts so a a guess you might get around $100 from someone needing parts for repairs or small projects that do not require the tail stock.

Harbor Freight sells a similar lathe made in CHINA.
