July - Annual Members Meeting and BoD Elections (PRELIMINARY POLL - DATE/FOOD)

For this year's Annual Members Meeting and BoD Elections, we are considering a couple of factors to decide the DATE and the CATERER:

We have used King-Q Bar-B-Que Service LLC (Andy Washington) and the feedback has always been GREAT! He does a GREAT job!

IF MGO wants our Annual Members Meeting to land on a Saturday and IF we want King-Q Bar-B-Que Service LLC…the ONLY Saturday in July that he has available if July 11th.

IF July 11th is not a good date, then we either need to schedule the meeting for a Sunday…OR…go with a different caterer that has alternate Saturdays available.

So, please vote on your preferences in the poll!

Saturday July 11th utilizing King-Q Bar-B-Que Service would be my first choice. I know a Sunday is a significantly harder day for people to attend.

If it's that early the EC will accommodate the schedule accordingly.
