    Silencer for short barrel

    I have a 7 inch barrel 556 ar,
most of the silencers online have a min barrel length of 16 inches or so.

What is out there for short barrel?

    Thanks,

Rugged doesn't have a barrel length restriction and they are possibly the highest quality/customer service on the planet.

Any of the three options listed are a good way to go. I'm pretty partial to the deadair mount

Went to a Sig event at Williams a year ago December and we shot a 300 blk pistol and I think a 9mm sbr. A carbine and a fourth gun I don't recall, all suppressed. At the seminar part of event there was no mention of barrel length minimums to run suppressed.

This is true with subsonic 300 and and 9mm, but we are taking about a completely different ballgame when talking about a 556 out of that short of a barrel.
