So, gun stores have reopen in Michigan?
Where is the announcement from Madam Chairman Gretch that the gun shops have her permission to reopen?

Top Gun in Taylor and Center Mass in Livonia are open. I believe Shooter's Service and Firing Line are too.

What are the rules for person to person pistol sales right now? If the buyer has his CPL, can he just fill out his info? Do we have to go through a FFL? any help would be appreciated.

No FFL needed. If the buyer has a CPL, just fill out a RI-60 and complete the transaction. The seller keeps one copy and the buyer gets the other two. If the buyer is not exempt from registration, they mail a copy to their local PD.

Ferndale PD was not issuing Pistol Purchase Permits, but they were able to answer the phone...

Royal Oak PD put a permit in my hands 20 minutes after submitting the application in person.

Not sure if this has been answered....

In lieu of an LTP, can two private parties conduct a pistol transaction via FFL transfer (since LE isn't currently doing LTPs)?
