Optic showed up early today. Obviously I haven't been able to shoot it but after mounting it I have a few impressions. The weight is fantastic, the glass is very clear, the reticle is bright and very crisp and shake to wake is great. I also like that it has 3 reticle options and not just the standard 2.

The only thing I'm questioning is the height. Its absolute co-witness, which Ive never used before, so Im not sure if I will leave it or buy a riser for it to make it 1/3. Hopefully I'll be able to get to a range soon.

To be honest, at the price point for the Romeo5 and it's direct competition, they were all very similar and I wasn't about to waste much time comparing a half dozen $110 RDS. I mean, it was only $110 and going on a mostly "fun" pistol. When I built more pistols, I just kept buying the same RDS because I was happy with the Romeo5.
