    Soooooo.... is this a destructive device? Or does it fall under the exemption the .505 Gibbs and .700 Nitro Express has?

    The guys that built it applied for, and received an exemption as a special build for a sporting purpose.

    Last shooter was sitting on THREE stacked chairs, and I'm pretty sure that gun was not seated into his shoulder when he lit it up.
