Vintage Marbles Scope - Looking for info

Looking for any info on a Marbles [Model-A] 4x32 scope

Earlier this month I picked up a cRusty Remington Woodmaster 740 with a Marbles 4x 'Model-A' for a great price. The rifle needs some TLC but is functional. The scope is in great shape and the glass is unbelievably clear. This one has the vertical post (its not the rare 1963 upside down post). I'm just trying to find any info I can about their older scopes, possibly when it was made? I would venture a guess at 1960-70s as it says 'Japan N.R.S.' underneath the tube but I'm no expert on this stuff. Just hoping someone has a book that might reference these scopes, or is alive to remember when their stuff got shipped off to Japan.
