This looks to be an exact copy of HB 5706

Okay, now that I have read all of them:

SB859 and HB5707 amending MCL 10.31 are identical
SB860 and HB5706 amending MCL 30.405 are identical

The two Senate bills have a single sponsor, Tom Barrett.
The two House bills also have a single sponsor, Steven Johnson.

I wouldn't expect anything before this "emergency" is over, but we will see.

No question about it, the governor will sign them if they get to her desk.
