This is great! Also, Plymouth would be my choice of place to live if I had to live in a city. Great place! The thai place downtown is wonderful as is E.G. Nick's Italian restraunt. Nice Cigar store downtown too.

Real estate prices in Plymouth will remind you a little bit of Cali real estate prices, Plymouth is not an inexpensive area to live but it is a really nice area.
I'm specifically talking about near downtown.
Not so fast! Better check with the Gov first to see if she's O.K. with that.
LOL, you guys have a real dictator there. Think she would give taxpayer money to illegals? CA might have an opening at some point...
Ok so next question, what would be the best outdoor range in the area? Would like rifle to go out to 300 yards at least if possible, and a standard pistol range. Steel targets would be great, as well as a trap shooting.
Good luck with the move, yes MI much better for gun owners than CA.
You should be able to do a google maps type search on gun ranges.
Only 200yds, but Western Wayne County Conservation Association is only about 5 miles west of downtown Plymouth.
Welcome, I grew up in Plymouth and only live a few miles West of there now.
W.W.C.C.A. is the closest to you, and from the pistol shooting we've done there (as non-members) the people are quite friendly.

Congrats on your move. I left SJ about 10 years ago and moving to MI was one of the best decisions our family ever made. The 1st thing I did after ditching my bullet buttons and U-15 stock was picking up a Beta mag.
