    No clause in the constitution could by any rule of construction be conceived to give congress a power to disarm the people. Such a flagitious attempt could only be made under some general pretence by a state legislature. But if in any blind pursuit of inordinate power, either should attempt it, this amendment may be appealed to as a restraint on both.

    Been working on the next batch of repair plates for a few more milled rebuilds. Top receiver chunks are from a M64 underfolder and the bottom is from a M70 underfolder. Pretty sure I've got a another set of M64 & M70 fixed stock receiver chunks as well so I'm making 3 sets of each. So far the plates have been faced on the long edges and one side. Lots of chips still need to come off of them. Need to mill the 6mm slot for the rails and contour the rest to make the lower rail. The M64's also get a lightening cut on the outside.
