Thumbs up Just going to brag real quick about the skill of Brown Bear Arms, they redid my vz. 61 SBR and it's a Mexican Drug Lord's dream gun...

MGO user BrownBearArmsCC never fails to amaze me, and with a lack of good refinishing companies these days I hope you guys him them a shot when you need anything done. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Rob is one of the nicest and definitely the most skilled people in the game that I've seen, BlownDeadline level of skill without the 10/10 level of being a psychopath, which is always nice to find.

I asked him to go full on Drug Lord on my vz. 61 SBR because I felt it was...missing the "SomeCrazyGreek flair" as some of you like to call it, and this is what that request resulted in. I am SO excited to take this to the range and show it off, and then probably keep it mounted to my wall forever to impress people. So far he's done 4 guns, a knife, and two Yeti Tumblers for me, all were absolute 10/10 in quality and very impressive.

This is NOT plated, it's refinished with Gun Candy which is a much cheaper and faster way to make your guns shiny if you don't plan on them being hard use.

It's definitely not for everyone, but for anyone who knows me...you know it's amazing.

When I first heard of this project, I hung my head in disgust. Goes to show I don't have much of an artistic brain, because the way it turned out is incredible!

Have to say, the designs you come up with usually do look good, glad you found someone to do this work for ya.

Looks great, I was just thinking of having a new AR build sent out to cerakote. I was looking at Odin's Workshop but might have to look at this now too.

While that certainly isn't my taste, it sure looks like good work!

I have so much money into this thing with the paint job, tax stamp, etc that it would make zero sense for me to ever sell it. Plus as a registered SBR you'd have to have it sit on ice at your FFL for 14 months which isn't worth it.

This gun is staying with me for life, I've had it longer than almost anything else I have (3 years?) and it's staying on my wall forever.

I don't believe so, but feel free to shoot him a message or hit him up on Facebook and he can tell you. I think he just does Cerakote/GunCandy.

I'd say you have no reason to doubt me...but I've done a LOT of stupid things to guns and I forgot you've seen the CP33... so I'd doubt me too.
