What states have non-resident CPLs and what is the difference?
I cant think of one that has a specific CPL that is different for people that live in other states than their regular CPL.
My Oregon and Washington CPLs just have my Michigan address, and Arizona doesnt put addresses on their CPLs.

I'm referring to being a resident of MI and getting an (additional) CPL from another state. Some actually refer to them as "resident" and "non-resident", but I don't keep track of which.
My FL CPL doesn't specify either way, but (unless something has changed that I don't know about) as a MI resident, if I ONLY had a Florida CPL, I could NOT carry concealed here in MI on it. IIRC, MI used to refer to it as having a "non-resident " CPL (from another state).
