Nope. All depends on what you consider bearable though.

Anything is possible with enough money and a shop capable of making what your money can buy-question is if it would in any way be practical, shootable, portable, etc. Think something the size (volume) of a 5 gal bucket or so strapped on the end of your AR. Even at that there is bolt slap and the sounds the rifle makes completely outside of the sounds attenuated by a suppressor.

If you haven't already or completely set on 5.56 you should look into 300 blackout. But the subs would not be full power just like 5.56 subs would be. I still wear ears when I shoot 300 blk out suppressed.

The greased Monkey speaks the truth.

You need to get some rounds through a few cans.
It will save you time and money and regret.
Video does not represent suppression well.

    16" 5.56 w/can, really loud
    10.5 w/can, almost 16" w/o can [eye watering]

Of course I don't hear so good, too many Ozzy/Ted/Sammy concerts in the 80's and also decades of Deer/Grouse hunting w/o ear pro.

300BLK subs w/can ~psssst~ [like an air hose being disconnected]
    350L subs w/can ~psssst~
    Ultra heavy 38SPL subs w/can ~psssst~
    9mm subs w/can ~psssst~
    22LR subs w/can ~fwwwt~ [small stapler]

All above at Super vel, ~Cracccck~
    Same for 7.62x39, 357 Mag, 350L super, 5.56, 6.5 G, 6.5CM, 308, [can +ear pro]

9 cans and a private 200 yd range you can try if you are ever down by Metro Airport.

ditto on what the previous guys said. 16" w/5.56 can and Sordins, obnoxious. 10" w/5.56 can and Sordins double up w/plugs will still bring a tear to your eye its so freaking loud. 9" 300 BOw/308 can and subs. yessssssssss. Movie quiet!
