    Still there but doesn't help me much if the FFL sends it in rather then giving it to me to file.

    The FFL won't be sending electronically.

    Take note of the difference in the thread title (my description) vs the State's in the first post. There is a reason I didn't follow their lead…the proposed law change does not put the duty of filing the info from the purchaser to a FFL.

    Perhaps you should read the summary text of the bill. It is full of "purchaser MAYs", not "SHALLs". It also specifically states that "certain individuals" currently exempt, remain exempt. Also don't see anything mandating that FFLs submit anything.
