Considering we were all peacefully protesting, social distancing and masks weren't required.

That's what the Democrats and TV tells me.

I won't attack your opinion on the matter, if you think everyone should have been social distancing or masking up. I'll just state that everyone there is a free American capable of making their own decisions which they should be free to do. I'll bet there isn't one hospitalization or death from the event, and the assumption that everyone there is a carrier is well, a pretty weak assumption. If you disagree, no qualms from me. I won't think less of ya buddy.

There were a few wearing them there, but I did not notice very many. But it was mandatory if you wanted to go inside the Capitol Building to use the bathroom.

I wouldn't give you or anybody else a hard time about having that opinion. I have my personal opinions on being mandated by the .Gov mandating it with the threat of fines if I dont though.

They weren't enforcing masks to use the bathroom.

I stand corrected, I retract my statement.

There were signs everywhere but no one enforced it. Apparently masks are required but enforcement is optional. I didn't wear one and no one batted an eye.

They can't enforce it. There is an exemption for medical conditions. There are also laws that prevent them from asking about your medical conditions.

They just have to trust that you obey, because they told you to.

I used the bathroom in the Capitol building, and walked by maybe 25 uniformed officers without wearing a mask and none could care less
