Ruger paid $30 million for Marlin and all its assets.
As someone else said all Marlin manufacturing will be moved under current Ruger production facilities. I expect QC to go up. Even if Ruger's QC hasn't been the best lately, they are still leagues above Marlin in that department and again, I expect to see Marlin QC improve a ton because Ruger actually cares about their customers.
One cool thing I expect to see with Marlin being brought completely in house is they are likely to get Ruger's own cold hammer forged barrels now.
