    Weapons: concealed; pistol-free zones; exempt elected officials, and extend for 1 year after tenure. Amends secs. 1, 5b & 5o of 1927 PA 372 (MCL 28.421 et seq.).

    This is probably a precursor to the bill that has been announced, the one that will ban firearms in the Capitol Building. That way, they can still carry, but nobody else.

    We will have to see the other bill, and see how they work together, before we learn much more.

    Their definition of elected official seems very vague to me.
