Yesterday, as was announced, MGO joined Michigan Open Carry and MCRGO in a lawsuit against the Michigan Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the Michigan State Police regarding the unlawful edict by Jocelyn Benson regarding a ban on open carry at polling locations.
Today, Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray ordered the Defendants to file a written response no later than Monday, October 26, 2020 at 5:00pm. Our reply to their response is due by 12:00pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Should oral argument be "necessary" that oral argument will take place at 2:30pm the same day.
I am heartened by the speed in which the court is addressing this matter. Will update as I can.

This is great to hear, thank you Jim. I plan on open carrying regardless but it would be nice if it is cleared up prior to election day.
