What happened to Todd at customized creations? Wasn't he at 26 and van dyke? He did mine but that was years ago. Not sure if he's still there?

I tried to find his place on 2 different occasions. Never found it. Last time I saw him, he was in Frontier-Town.

I think he is off of 32 now, just west of 53, over by Ballor Towing.
