Moving my trust out of state.

What do I need to do? I know there's generally no requirement to "register" a trust... but how do I move the whole thing to a new state and keep using it?

My trust (a Shyster revocable nfa trust agreement) was initially established in MI and that's what the paperwork will say forever.
Is it just as easy as updating my Schedule A with the new address? I've done that already... but when filing form4 for new items, do I just use the same trust name but put the new address on because it will then match the Schedule A? Should I submit a notarized statement with the form 4 saying the address and schedule A has changed?

Meanwhile, my local FFL down here has 3 NFA items waiting for me to file paperwork, and I just ordered #4 from silencershop today.

Not yet. I figured I'd just make a thread and wait - in case anybody else with one of his trusts has to flee communism for a slightly more free state. I didn't see where it had been answered in a different thread yet.

Hrm... also, on the interstate relocation forms...
When listing the manufacturer of the SBR... do i list the original manufacturer of the receiver, or do I list my trust, since it manufactured a regular firearm into an NFA item?
