On the one hand, I think those prices are stupid. On the other, I remember back in 1994 when I bought my first Glock, a 23. The gun was relatively new and there weren't many spare mags around and I decided to get 2-3 more. I don't remember how much I paid, but it wasn't cheap butI was happy to pay it. I don't get blindsided like that any more.
I think I have a gold mine in my 22 ammo can.
1k 9mm was $500 when I looked around a couple days ago.

Have to agree with Oldbro and JohnS about the current prices, but kinda feeling good about my sudden ammo billionaire status.

I looked at those earlier today and saw the insanity.
The loaded pmags probably weren't a horrible deal
$600 of that wasn't really my money, so really I'm getting a good deal.
Hpw much of a cut does the auction house take?

What I've seen with online auctions is a buyers premium in the 10%-12% area with a cap. So if you buy a vehicle, tractor, or combine the cap might be $10,000. As far as the seller, what I've seen is a graduated scale on what the item brings but I'm thinking it is in the 7%-10% range and that will depend on if the auction is a consignment or outright dispersal.
Note: SSL auction out of Bryon Center has a 16% BP.
