MCX Virtus 9" 300blk Pistol OAL 28.5" = MI Pistol?

Hello,

I came across a deal on a MCX Virtus 300blk Pistol, but was wondering how the whole pistol OAL works in MI on this particular pistol. According to Sig's website this pistol measures 28.5" in it's longest form but it has a folding sig brace and can be fired with the brace folded. I'm super confused on this whole MI OAL when it comes to this MCX.

If it's under 26" and can still fire, it's a pistol in MI. Shortest operable configuration.

That brace can be removed completely and the pistol can still fire.

It's measured folded, just like my rifles that are pistols only in MI!
