    Would you SBR today?

With all the rumor of what may happen in the future, would you apply for a SBR today?

I was thinking about buying a new Sig pistol but have decided to not do it due to the current state of affairs.
Just because something is legal to do doesn't mean it is the smart thing to do.

What would make for a fun SBR? I already have an AR lower done. Thinking a 9mm SBR, would like something with a folding stock, that can be fired with the stock folded. I would also use it suppressed.

I was only ever considering to form 1 a PS90 or to buy a new manufactured Thompson with the original length barrel.

And useful, at least for instructional purposes.
