    Hand rail install

    Anyone near Flint that can change out a handrail for me?

    I have a Ruger 556 with an 11 inch rail and want a Fortis 15.3 installed. I don't have a spanner wrench to get the barrel nut off or one to fit the new Fortis nut.

    I've tried local gunsmiths but everyone I've tried has long wait times.
