    with the perpetual state of emergency the govt wants, i don't see how this wouldn't be DOA on the governor's desk if it even got that far. no override on the veto either.

    All of these bills sine died at the end of the last legislative session, so the only way they get any further consideration is to reintroduce them in the current legislative session.
