    HB 4957 of 2021
    Law enforcement: other; confiscation of lawfully possessed firearms when a state of emergency is declared; prohibit under certain circumstances. Amends sec. 5 of 1976 PA 390 (MCL 30.405).

    After all of the constitutional tomfoolery of 2020 (and some in 2021, especially Canada) it is good to see some legislative pushback. A little push, but at least in the right direction.

    Liberal MP's wishing conservatives die for violating "health" mandates, then violating health mandates.
    3 day confinement after international travel. At your expense. Average $2000CAD. Waiting to see if you are +.
    Undisclosed government quarantine sites for international travelers testing +. 2 week confinement.
    Raids on church suspected of violating "health" capacity.
    8pm curfew.
    Montreal running city buses empty after curfew because no one is allowed out of their homes, but the union workers have a contract.
    A man fined for sitting alone in his car in a strip mall parking lot in violation of "health" orders.
