    This legislation will do nothing. The persons who commit these acts don't care about the law and wont notice if the Law has upped the ante. Further, even if these are passed most felonies are bargained to lesser charges. The legislature is trying to look relevant.

    I, personally, do not support these bills and recommend that MGO does not support them either.

    Make it so it cannot be plead to a lesser charge.
    Remove the option of a fine instead of jail time.
    Make the offense non-paroleable.
    Figure out how to make it applicable regardless of age.
    Multiply the conviction by the number of people in the car and number of persons harmed.

    The ignorant fascist lefty prosecutors aren't charging any ignorant fascist lefties with criminal charges, so they can pass/sign elevendy billion new bills into law and it won't change a thing. Unless, of course, the person who "did something to someone" has a conservative opinion on matters.
