Sadly, I feel the fix is in on this... I did comment, but I think most will move beyond the brace thing and just embrace felony status. Submit or plan to go out swingin' down the road.

They've spelled it out quite clearly that there is no consideration for grandfathering or "free" entry into NFA as an SBR.
I think the fix is in also when they start to reference individual instances involving the use of braces.

Nobody likes being on a list, especially a list made by those considered hostile towards the people protesting. It's a double edge sword... the need to protest and the need to not be singled out and placed at the front of the list for retribution when the protest is over. I would think there would be considerably more people voicing their concerns if it was an anonymous process.

Can't do that.
Having it anonymous would open it up to fraud and deceit similar to the 2020 election.
