Civilian or military? Can't make it the name on the outside of the flap. Looks like same name under flap of double magazine holder. What is the tiny pocket under holster flap for? What about the tall skinny one on the outside?

tiny flap is for the take down tool looks civilian no military marks the germans were good at marking everything
