why so many guns for sale haven't been shot?

With the recent flooding I wonder how many guns that were caught in the flood will be sold as never fired or with low count.

I've got a range out back as well, when I buy a new gun, I always buy a box of ammo, even if I only shoot 5 rounds, I good check it out lol
