What is the point of putting these bills up?

These & the house bills have NO CHANCE IN HE77 of being passed or signed.

People pay way too much attention to what they say, and rarely look at their record.

Make them vote, make them veto, then you know who to support.
The Constitution is NOT dead. It's just being held captive.

This has got to be like beating a dead horse , I think they make these bs bills up to make us think they are working for groups BUT know that they aren't going to force a vote or push the bill . It is the same thing every year as it gets closer to voting time and we the people just keep hoping for something good but at least we got the shall issue passed and I was shocked at that being passed .
