Those super high values, are for rare calibers. There were more .30WCF/.30-30's made than anything else.
Blue Book can say what ever they want.......try getting a check from them.
Condition is everything, bore especially. Pics would help with a blind value guess.

John 41 is right about those ultra high prices. You have a few things going against you for a high collectors value. The bluing on the barrel appears to have worn to a brown patina and original sight has been replaced with a Marble sight, but the sight can be restored. The big issue is that the receiver has two extra screws in it which means someone put a side mount scope on it. Also it looks like the hammer has been ground down, probably to add clearance for the scope. Those two items would change the value from collector to utility.

Based on the photos: the receiver has been drilled and tapped and has a couple scratches on it. the wood shows marks as well. it appears to be 60-70% at best, but the drilling of the receiver kills any value.
Enjoy the heck out of that 94, shoot it with pride.
