    Both of these bills are poorly written or even thought out. They will not prevent anything in the future, or would have prevented any past incident.

    I think it was mentioned elsewhere, this is just a feel good bill. Unfortunately many may vote for it because of that.

    The MGO Board of Directors have unanimously voted to OPPOSE this bill. We will be active in voicing the reasons should this bill make it to any committee hearings.

    So they carry 5-10 round magazines instead of 3-15 round magazines. Yup that will fix it.

    I don't think the "Local law enforcement agencies" would be too pleased having to keep the records.
    Never, under any circumstances, consume a sleeping pill and laxative on the same night.
