    Is this periscope possibly military?

    Anyone recognize this? Looking for info.

    Thank you zcolt45. Then I googled WW1 periscope and lots of pictures. Haven't found this exact one with the extendable top mirror yet. Still digging for more info. French, German, British, etc?

    I hate to say this, but it looks a LOT like an slightly older model, very beat up, Uzi periscope. But those in turn look like they were derived from a Japanese WW2 type. Are there no markings of any kind stamped or etched anywhere?
