I paid for the suppressor and filled out the forms on 12/15/21 with my digital finger prints from a SS kiosk. At some point I was contacted by the shop and signed the form 4 via docusign. On 1/24/22 the local dealer called and together we filed the form 4 (eform). I logged into my eform.atf.gov account and gave him permission to simultaneously access my eform.atf.gov account and submit the form 4 from his shop.
In my silecershop.com account the status of my order shows the status below (some details deleted by me). But there is no indication a form was submitted in my eform.atf.gov account.
There won't be. None of mine (have 4 currently in jail) sync up and show any status, only what SS shows. Even after you get your stamp the SS will show it processing and the atf site won't reflect anything.
The only way I'm aware of it showing any updates on your atf account is if you efile yourself.

thanks pscipio03!
Second approval came in today, submitted 1/19/22.
silencer purchased 12/15/21
form 4 signed 12/17/21
SS submitted eform 1/24/22 (single shot trust)
tax stamp 5/9/22
105 days eform to tax stamp
So small correction to this.
ATF did send me a copy of my approved Form 4 today, however, the ATF site still doesn't show any of my approved Form 4s being associated with me. Only my Form 1s. Nor do I believe it ever will.
SS site still shows it pending as well, so have to assume the ATF does not let them know status updates.
That said, this is the first time the ATF has every emailed me an approved Form 4. Usually have to wait for the Class III dealer to call me and let me know they have the approved stamp.
