Did you ever log into an ATF eForms website to certify the application packet? If you're just referring to signing paperwork electronically with Docusign that isn't ATF eForms.

You don't show any documents under the eForms section in your screen shot either.

They were there when the process was pending sigs back and forth in the beginning but its been blank there since I made it to 'pending ATF approval'

E-filing through silencer shop and eForms are two different things.
