    The pistol must be securely locked in a container. The container must have two unlocking mechanisms. JFC

    SO, essentially... The person authorized to have the weapon on school property will have no access to any of the weapons when needed!

    They want proof that having a person in the school with a firearm legally doesn't make a difference, I'm surprised they didn't want the mags in a separate container with 2 different locks.

    Almost as bad as the Fermi II nuclear power plant when it came on line. Plant security had what they called "The shift bullet!" Only one man was allowed to carry a gun with only one bullet in it!
