Gunsmith to install a A2 fsb?

Picked up a 16" M4 barrel (waiting for it to be shipped) and want to have a A2 fsb installed. I have all the hw for it, but not the tools to do it myself. Anyone know someone reputable in MI that won't charge a arm/leg? Seems like most out-of-state places charge anywhere $75-150 for this
