I think S&W just saw a crack they could slip into between those misinterpreting DD's and Ruger's positions

(IME I would not buy a new firearm from nearly any mfg in the past 4-5 years. They're all too involved with cranking them out while the 'gittin's good' and the chance of 'gittin' one made like the older ones are slimmer each year.)

I think the mine owners should be held liable for losses caused from the bullets made from the lead and or copper.
Also the steel workers where the steel was smelted to make the guns.

Other than showing up for the dog n pony show, how did they support the atf? What they both said was highlighting the blame on the individuals, not the items used.

Great job cherry picking quotes. They BOTH stated they support the ATF, and work well with their agents. Maybe go back and watch the whole thing.
