    RI-60 Issue

Let's say hypothetically I traded a firearm to a dealer, when they gave me my new pistol for the old we filled out the RI-60 and we both missed the fact that they put the buyer and seller information in the wrong place. So it looks like I sold them the pistol I was to receive. What course of action would be best and most appropriate to take? Was purchased on 8/20/22 and I just noticed it when going through some paperwork.

Just do a second one, the data is permanent in the MSP database, your name is permanently associated with any pistol you purchase, even after you sell it to someone else.
